Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the technical issues and implements appropriate corrective actions.
• Manages component discontinuation by identifying and processing second source alternatives.
• Updates and maintains all critical documentation (BOM, drawings, manuals, service instructions) within the PLM system.
• Implements tailored electrical solutions to fulfill specific Customer Engineering Requests.
• Investigates and executes engineering change requests (ECR/ECN) following standard control processes.
• Works closely with mechanical and software disciplines to meet project objectives.
• Provides engineering support to product lines and global production sites.
• Ensures all designs maintain high safety awareness and adhere to international machine product standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automation or equipment industries.
• Proven experience in design conformity with standards such as UL, CE, RoHS, EMI, and EMC.
• Deep knowledge of analogue and digital circuits, as well as application know-how in sensors and motor technologies.
• Familiar with debugging tools including Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, and Spectrum or Network Analyzers.
• Hands-on experience with MS Visio, Elcad, or Eplan (P8) and PLM software is a pre-requisite.
• Good know-how in cabling technologies and awareness of EMI/EMC mitigation.
