We're Hiring: Electrical Engineer II

Work Location: Work From Office (WFO)

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

We are looking for a skilled engineering professional with experience in semiconductor testing, Design for Test (DFT), and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate path-delay-fault test patterns, test content, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze ATPG output, simulation results, tester data, and failure signatures.
• Investigate path-delay and timing-related failures to identify root causes.
• Correlate simulation, static timing analysis, and silicon/product test results.
• Improve test coverage, pattern quality, and debugging efficiency.
• Collaborate with DFT, design, validation, product engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Document findings, corrective actions, and technical updates while tracking issues through closure.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of DFT and ATPG concepts, including scan testing and transition-delay fault coverage.
• Experience in test-pattern generation, simulation, and failure analysis.
• Understanding of digital logic and semiconductor product development.
• Knowledge of static timing analysis and timing-closure concepts.
• Familiarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Scripting knowledge in Tcl, Python, or Perl.
• Experience in lab testing, silicon debug, or product-level failure analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
