Electrical Engineer - Mandarin Speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HV/LV electrical systems, including switching, inspections, fault diagnosis, and system restoration.
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of HV/LV electrical equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise electrical contractors and power distribution projects, including quality and acceptance.
• Lead daily technician/team training and management.
• Identify and report safety risks and support EHS and safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and electrical safety standards.

Requirements

• Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication with Mandarin-speaking management, colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical operation and maintenance within a large manufacturing environment.
• Malaysia Energy Commission (ST) certification for 11kV or B0 electrical installation/operation.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, power distribution, and electrical maintenance.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.
