About the Role

This role focuses on power solutions for high-power systems (e.g., AI/ML), connecting customers, suppliers, and internal teams. It oversees the full lifecycle from power architecture design to implementation and delivery, drives technology roadmaps, and manages project risks to ensure efficient, low-cost power system realization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead power solution architecture for high-power systems.
  • Advance power technology roadmaps.
  • outreach, and internal investment support.
  • Develop power solution concepts, analyzing trade-offs, risks, and benefits.
  • Align customers and engineers to define and validate power system requirements.
  • Oversee engineering's power development to ensure compliance with requirements and mitigate key risks.
  • Plan overall system power architecture.
  • Design on-board DC-DC systems and manage parasitic parameters, noise, and PI design.
  • Lead schematic/layout design and guide PCB optimization.
  • Manage BOM to deliver high-efficiency, low-cost solutions.
  • Create/review test plans/reports; drive system bring-up, debugging, and optimization for on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

  • Have 3-5 years of working relevant Electrical engineering.
  • Tech: High-power, low-noise board-level power design (simulations, testing); on-board power design (RF/analog a plus); power/RF/analog circuit problem-solving; knowledge of power supply systems and buses (I2C, PMBus).
  • Tools: eCAD software (Cadence, Altium, etc.).
  • Team player; English working language.

Required Skills

Experience in datacentre PSU design and qualification, and rack power design and qualification.

Experience with circuit simulation tools (LTspice, TINA, etc.).

Experience in taking circuit designs through analysis, design, build, and test.

RF and analog circuit design experience.

Preferred Skills

Datacentre/rack PSU design; circuit simulation (LTspice, TINA); full circuit design cycle experience.
