• Manage the full life cycle of ICT-related scopes in data center build, expansion, or upgrade projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules, procurement plans, and progress reporting for ICT workstreams.
• Coordinate with contractors, system integrators, network teams, and equipment vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project documentation including method statements, engineering submittals, testing plans, and handover packages.
• Oversee design reviews and technical compliance for:
  • Structured cabling systems (fiber & copper)
  • Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switching, routing)
  • Server/compute & storage readiness
  • Racks, patch panels, cable containment & labeling standards
  • Data center interconnect (DCI) solutions
  • Migration and cutover planning
• Ensure adherence to key standards and guidelines such as TIA-942, BICSI, ISO/IEC 11801, and Uptime Tier requirements.
• Evaluate equipment specifications, technical submissions, and shop drawings.
• Conduct inspections and quality verification for all ICT installations.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities including:
  • Fiber OTDR & power meter testing
  • Copper certification (Fluke, etc.)
  • Network equipment validation
  • Integration testing with ELV & DCIM systems
• Support Integrated System Testing (IST) for the data center.
• Act as the primary ICT technical lead for internal teams, clients, consultants, and external partners.
• Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations during design, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage vendor performance, procurement timelines, and material approvals.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of ICT project management experience, ideally within data centers or missioncritical infrastructure.
• Proven experience with structured cabling, network systems, and ICT implementation projects.
