Job Description

Job Purpose

Perform daily electrical & electronic schedule maintenance and breakdown works
Ensure machine centers are functioning efficiently, improve MTTR & MTBF To do continuous improvement project on machine
To ensure electrical & electronic spares are always available
To abide & support all the EHS initiatives in the plant
To maintain the yearly target of the electricalelectronic downtime of various production equipment plantwide
Develop skill to become more effective in problem solving by on the job training
To modify & carry out improvement projects in order to increase the efficiency & reliability of production machine
Minimize downtime by doing an effective preventive maintenance & improvement projects
Rectify electricalelectronic problem faster
To notify engineer on update all documents after modifications
To test out all spares on a regular basis

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Electrical/Automation Engineering/Certificate or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): PLC, Drive knowledge, troubleshooting
