Electrical Technician

Job Purpose

• Perform daily electrical & electronic schedule maintenance and breakdown works
• Ensure machine centers are functioning efficiently, improve MTTR & MTBF To do continuous improvement project on machine
• To ensure electrical & electronic spares are always available
• To abide & support all the EHS initiatives in the plant
• To maintain the yearly target of the electricalelectronic downtime of various production equipment plantwide
• Develop skill to become more effective in problem solving by on the job training
• To modify & carry out improvement projects in order to increase the efficiency & reliability of production machine
• Minimize downtime by doing an effective preventive maintenance & improvement projects
• Rectify electricalelectronic problem faster
• To notify engineer on update all documents after modifications
• To test out all spares on a regular basis

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Electrical/Automation Engineering/Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): PLC, Drive knowledge, troubleshooting
