Summary for this role
To develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives via emails and WhatsApp. This includes template development, testing, audience segmentation, and scheduling of messaging channels.
For this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments and countries.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule and ensure flawless delivery of emails to all customer segments globally
- Maintain email calendar to ensure timely execution and deployment of emails
- Segment email lists and personalize content based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics
- A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize engagement
- Support the team in optimizing client email journeys
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing effectiveness
- Support the team in planning and managing WhatsApp marketing as a channel
- Manage web pop-ups to maximise healthy lead acquisition
Qualities required
- Highly organised, meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Agile and highly adaptable to change
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior email marketing, SMS / WhatsApp marketing, or database management experience is preferred
- HTML knowledge and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo, Braze, Mailchimp, Drip, etc.) is a plus Copywriting or copyediting skills is a plus
- Must be comfortable to speak and read conversational Mandarin for communication purposes
- Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn, and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
