Requirements:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree inComputer Engineering,Embedded Systems,Robotic,Industrial Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering,Mechatronics, or related fields.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Minimum2 years working experiencein embedded programming
  • Strong proficiency inC / C++ / Python / C#
  • Strong hands-on experience withAMR or industrial robot deployment
  • Confident in Linux debugging, system logs, and configuration
  • Solid understanding of networking (VLAN, WiFi AP setup, routing & subnets)
  • Able to designmission logicand optimize real-world navigation
  • Strongfrontend system architectureexperience
  • Experience buildingreal-time UI/dashboard visualization
  • Understanding ofbackend/API integration
  • Able to deploy inLinux/Dockerenvironments

Communication & Professional Skills

  • Confident leading technical discussions with customers
  • Strong ownership, responsibility, and technical accountability
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

Bonus Requirements:

  • Integration experience withWMS/WCS systems(API, MQTT, Modbus, PLC)
  • Familiarity withmultiple AMR brands(MiR, Omron, Hikvision, etc.)
  • Ability to develop small internal automation/debugging tools
  • Experience withROS2 Web Bridge
  • AdvancedSVG map rendering
  • Experience in warehouse/manufacturing workflow integration

Probation Period:

  • 3-month probation period
  • Candidate receivesfull salary (up to RM3,500)during probation
  • Continuation after probation is based on:

  • Ability to meet project deadlines and deliverables
  • If performance is not satisfactory, the contract will not continue after probation

Key Responsibilities:

AMR Deployment & System Integration

- Lead full deployment and integration of AMR systems at customer sites

- Design mission strategies, mapping logic, and routing optimization

- Diagnose advanced issues (localization errors, network instability, workflow logic)

- Work closely with customer IT/OT teams for full system integration

- Act as the primary technical lead during commissioning and acceptance

- Prepare complete documentation, SOPs, handover materials, and conduct user training

UI/UX & System Architecture

- Architect robotics dashboard UI and fleet management interfaces

- Build real-time visualization (maps, telemetry, camera stream, task flow)

- Optimize UI performance, reliability, and operational usability

Backend, API & ROS Collaboration

- Work with backend/ROS teams to design data models, API endpoints, and logic pipelines

- Deploy systems in Linux/Docker environments

- Build internal tools to automate workflows or improve diagnostics
