Job Description:

  • Support the planning and execution of company-wide employee engagement events and initiatives (Eg: town halls, employee engagement events, team-building activities and cultural celebrations)
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Help create and distribute internal communications related to events and initiatives, such as invitations, announcements and updates
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure engagement activities run efficiently
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Requirements:

  • Good problem solving & communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated creativity and passion for building positive workplace culture and employee experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility
