Design and maintain the employer brand calendar in collaboration with group marketing team(s)
Design content based on key focus areas to publish on corporate social platforms and external channels to increase engagement with potential candidates
Organize and participate in employer branding events such as career fairs, talks etc.
Creation of content or support of the companys recruitment and career pages
Strategic development of the external image to drive the EVP - Employer Value Proposition
Build relationships with external partners and affiliates such as universities, young talent societies and others to achieve an employer of choice branding
Drive the culture refresh activities by designing content, events and other engagement opportunities for employees and leaders
Deploy bite sized learning initiatives for organization wide learning priorities that focuses on culture, soft skills, compliance and diversity
Assist the talent management functions and implement culture based recruiting tools to be used by recruiters and hiring managers
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a team environment.
Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, communications, HR, or related field.
Proven experience in employer branding or related roles.
Strong understanding of employer branding best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker.
Organised and good at managing projects.
Experience with social media and digital branding.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Experience with event planning and coordination.
Minimum of 5 to 6 years of related work experience
Knowledge of the Tech / Telco industry is an advantage
