Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Support matchmaking processes by updating client profiles and schedules in the system.
  • Assist in coordinating appointments, profiling sessions, and event registrations.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Occasionally assist at company events or activities to ensure client comfort and engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least a year of customer service experience. You should also have:

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure or with difficult customers.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • A friendly and professional attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
