Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing test solutions for highperformance semiconductor products.
  • Design, develop, and validate test hardware and software to ensure optimal test coverage and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve test issues during production to ensure timely and accurate test results.
  • Support test program release and maintain test hardware health, including board debugging
  • Review and buy off new test program releases for production readiness.
  • Lead yield improvement activities such as test optimization, test time reduction, and coverage enhancement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure testability and support production ramps.
  • Support final test operations including capacity, troubleshooting, and ensuring test robustness.
  • Perform correlation, characterization, and limit generation during production transfer.
  • Conduct statistical data analysis to validate test data correlations and performance trends.
  • Document test procedures, results, and process changes for traceability.
  • Interface with external test equipment vendors to ensure equipment readiness.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on test processes and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in manufacturing or test engineering (fresh grads may be accepted).
  • Experience with analog/mixedsignal product testing is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of analog and digital circuits, test principles, and semiconductor device fundamentals.
  • Experience with ATE platforms such as NI STS, Teradyne, ETS364.
  • Programming proficiency in C, C++, Python, LabVIEW, Java, or Perl.
  • Handson troubleshooting skills using lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, signal generators).
  • Competency in statistical analysis methodologies for test data correlation and yield evaluation.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
