ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform on-site and in-house control, servicing, and repair tasks following service standards and customer requirements.
• Apply AutoCAD knowledge to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct maintenance services including chemical treatment and overhaul treatment.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system functionality.
• Test and commission equipment to verify performance and safety standards.
• Report problems found during preventive maintenance and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure drain pipes are free of dust and dirt and drain properly to prevent blockages.
• Complete assigned jobs promptly and efficiently to meet operational deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to achieve efficient work execution.
• Manage transportation of workers from their place of stay to various work sites and back.
• Oversee purchasing, collection, and delivery of materials and goods from suppliers or vendors to sites.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods and materials safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to work sites to support project schedules.
• Conduct basic maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 4 years of supervisory and hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and systems.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of technicians effectively.
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work extended hours.
• Possession of Class 3 driving license with forklift certification.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
