We're looking to add a Engineer, Automation in Tebrau, Johor.

Assist in buy-off and maintain new automation which include documentation preparation, equipment performance, monitoring and tracking.

As a Engineer Automation, You will:

• Initiate User Request Specification for new Automation/Jigs & Fixture;
• Involve in design reviews with internal team members and vendor;
• Provide technical inputs during design review;
• Prepare Gantt Chart for new Automation projects and work closely with the stakeholders;
• Prepare validation protocol, reports and checklist for new Automation projects;
• Involve in FAT/SAT;
• Perform validation for new Automation (IQ,MQ,OQ,PQ);
• Monitor machine performance;
• Train and guide technicians on machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting;
• Manage all documents related to machine e.g. PM cheklist, SOP, Engineering Drawing;
• Propose and initiate Continous Improvement projets;
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company's Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs;
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with 4-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, from MNC will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 is an advantage
• Knowledge in CAD software preferably SolidWorks, AutoCAD is an advantage;
• Has to be a Hands on Person
• Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels;
• Good judgment skills
• Basic knowledge of machine design and equipment maintenance
• Basic knowledge in pneumatics application, e.g. selection on cylinders, valves, etc.
• Basic knowledge in AOI application.
