Key Responsibilities:

  • Support equipment installation, setup, and qualification activities.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment breakdowns under supervision.
  • Assist in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support engineering projects, such as yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with production, process, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment documentation, reports, and records.Participate in continuous improvement programs (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, TPM).

Qualification/Requirement

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related Engineering field.
  • Min 1 years working experiences in semiconductor manufacturing, knowledge in mold/Buffing/Slurry De-flash/Plasma Oven/Plating will be an advantage.
  • Good methodical approach in process optimization & harmonization.
  • Highly innovative, motivated & stress resistant individual with zero defect mindset
  • Good team player & able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams.
