Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Reliability & Troubleshooting

• Analyze machine breakdowns and equipment failures to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Investigate recurring failures and chronic equipment issues, developing and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and engineering teams for equipment-related challenges.
  
  

Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for machine malfunctions, process deviations, and product defects.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate repeat issues and enhance process stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and manufacturing issues related to equipment performance.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement initiatives through downtime reduction, cycle time optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Implement process and equipment improvements to increase productivity, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support quality improvement projects by identifying and eliminating machine-related defect contributors.
  
  

Production & Equipment Support

• Support machine conversion activities, including setup, qualification, troubleshooting, and production ramp-up.
• Lead and mentor sustaining line technicians to ensure effective equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement execution.
• Provide ongoing manufacturing support to ensure stable production output and achievement of operational targets.
  
  

Project & Collaboration

• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams to drive operational excellence.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new technology implementation to improve manufacturing capability and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards in all engineering activities.
