Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Monitor and categorize reported incidents related to the assigned applications
- Contribute to investigating, identifying root causes, help test, and communicate the resolutions/fixes to the users during operation and maintenance phases, in collaboration with the application team
- Contribute to the maintenance of the user onboarding process and user instructions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Participate in the staging demos when invited by the Application Owners and receive the handover for each release package
- Collaborate with the application team to describe the processes and to execute performance monitoring, analytics, and incidents
- Present the monthly reports of performance, incidents, user requests. Based on the reports, help analyze and identify measures for improvement and prevention
- Regularly review and understand the supported use cases, that are maintained by the Application Owners, and help identify gaps or missing use cases, based on the support requests
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or a similar technical subject
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields
- Experience with working in agile frameworks and scrum teams
- Experience working in Jira/ Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Knowledge of programming and software development (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Selenium, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, and GIT/ GIT Flow)
- Skills or knowledge of DITA Specification, DITA Open Toolkit, XML, XML catalogues, XSLT, CSS, DTD, ANT script, and oXygen application framework is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, on-time delivery, and good communication skills
- Fluent in the English language
