Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for instrument calibration work.
  • Responsible for instrument measurement data analysis.
  • Responsible for instrument measurement sigma improvement in PN.
  • Responsible for instrument maintenance method improvement in PN.
  • Responsible for set up new measurement method which required from R&D and sputter process team.
  • Ensure the correct calibration among the tool.
  • Taking lead for measurement method improvement projects in PN.
  • Measurement results analysis in PN.
  • Analyze the machine calibration results and production measurement sigma.
  • Set up / optimize the measurement condition to reduce the measurement variation or measurement time reduction.
  • Coaching process engineer/technician to enhance their knowledge of instrument method and capability.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. of Physics, Material science or any engineering field

SKILLS:

  • Good command of English
  • Basic statistical knowledge
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Minitab, Basic understanding of Visual Basic)
  • Good working attitude and adaptability to dynamic working environment
  • Good engineering sense and analytical skill
