Job Purpose
To support market development and sales growth by providing technical marketing support, generating leads through digital marketing activities, and strengthening brand awareness. The role works closely with Sales and Technical teams to promote products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customer leads and explore new markets using digital marketing tools.
- Support brand awareness initiatives, including social media, website, and online advertising.
- Work with Sales and Technical teams to create marketing content such as videos, product materials, and project references.
- Analyse market information and share insights with Sales and Market Development teams.
- Manage and update product information on the company website and support basic SEO activities.
- Organise and support webinars, online campaigns, and sales promotion events (e.g. exhibitions).
- Identify potential leads from marketing activities and hand them over to the Sales team.
- Share market and technical information with Group companies in Southeast Asia.
Reporting & Working Relationship
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing Department.
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, and other departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.
- Experience or knowledge in digital marketing promotional activities, content creation (articles, videos, product materials) and basic knowledge of SEO is an advantage.
- Experience in the manufacturing of construction material industry (waterproofing chemical and cementitious product) is preferred.
