Job Goals & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1) Achieve Sales Target
- Build, maintain and nurture client relationships, especially high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite Managers, with a purpose to grow more business with those clients.
- Research and generate leads through cold-calling, digital platforms, inbound enquires and outreach effort
- Accurately identify, diagnose and follow up with client needs to develop business opportunities.
- Support proposal development to meet prospect needs and requirements.
- Follow-up and negotiate with prospects in order to secure business.
- Manage sales pipeline in order to achieve sales targets assigned.
- Collaborate with the company's project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process in order to secure repeat business.
2) Digital Marketing
- Propose and develop marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
- Develop, plan and manage engaging content on the company's digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and enhance overall online presence across all channels.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and suggest relevant strategies to support business development and marketing efforts.
3) Analysis & Reporting on BD & Marketing Performance
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics across sales and digital channels (traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI of BD & Marketing initiatives.
- Continuously optimise BD and Marketing strategies based on data and performance trends.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degreein Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing roles will be an advantage.
