ENGINEER - OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

Overview :

• Knowledge of IE principles: time study, speed modelling, process documentation, and productivity metrics.
• Familiarity with Lean fundamentals: 5S, waste elimination, visual management, and Kaizen rules.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conducts basic studies under supervision (time study and speed modelling) with Lean concept familiarization
• Supports data collection, documentation, and standard work setup.
• Conducts 5S audits and basic improvement activities.
• Familiar with basic tools like Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Charts and Basic Formula), PowerPoint, and AutoCAD basics
• Good teamwork, communication, ability to follow guidance and on time deliver assigned tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing / Mechanical or equivalent
• Entry-level in Industrial Engineering & Lean Manufacturing technical learning, hands-on exposure, process documentation.
• Fresh Graduate with 0 to 1 year working experience
