Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, optimize, and sustain endtoend assembly processes to ensure stable and efficient production.
• Lead SSD end-to-end assembly quality and yield , including DOE execution and rootcause analysis, to drive yield, quality, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams—R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI—to support new product introduction and highvolume manufacturing readiness.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation such as work instructions, control plans, and FMEAs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel and engineering teams to strengthen operational capability.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce variation.
• Support customer visits , customer audits, technical reviews, and related compliance activities.
• Improve firstpass yield (FPY) performance to consistently meet or exceed 99%.
• Define and implement troubleshooting procedures for manufacturing operations, ensuring all process alarms have clear OCAPs and validating the effectiveness of each corrective action plan.
  
  

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or any equivalent
• At least 3 years of handson experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
  
  

Preferred

• Proficient in DOE, SPC, FMEA, and rootcause analysis methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys
• Experience with automation systems, vision inspection technologies, and process control software is advantageous
• Strong problemsolving, analytical, and communication skills
• Capable of working independently while effectively leading crossfunctional teams
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
