Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for NAND memory DPPM evaluations and Failure Analysis.
• Designing and developing reliability sequences for given technology node and actual reliability test execution.
• Active involvement in DPPM study, characterization and resolution, electrical failure analysis, screen development and fab process countermeasures.
• Keen interest in device and statistical analysis are added advantages.
• Some of the other areas that this position will include will be: R&D support, DPPM improvement, test documentation, NAND device knowledge and understanding, using various bench equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeter), and interacting with other engineering groups.
  
  

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Pursuing studies in PhD/Masters/ Bachelors Degree in Electronic, Microelectronic, Materials or related field.
  
  

Skills

• Electronic circuit analysis, wafer fabrication, statistical analysis, big data.
