What You'll Do:

Product Portfolio Management

• Support regional product launches by coordinating with factories, R&D teams, and sales affiliates.
• Provide pre-sales technical support including product recommendations, application guidance and technical clarifications.
• Contribute to business case development for new products through technical and market insights.

Product Portfolio Marketing

• Develop impactful marketing and go-to-market materials.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strengthen product positioning.
• Support regional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives to enhance market presence.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or Second Class Upper.
• 1-3 years of working experience in HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of chiller systems will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with basic marketing or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, presentation design platforms, or AI-assisted tools) will be an added advantage.
