Your Contribution

• Innovate, re-engineer, and develop manufacturing processes and systems to best suit product requirements. Conduct simulation and optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous quality improvements, both dimensionally and functionally, for products and processes. Ensure adherence to customer's product quality requirements and achieve a stable and high-yielding process.
• Optimize glass production processes using the 5M approach (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement) to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Perform cost-down and value engineering activities to establish cost-effective production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Perform statistical and technical analysis on production failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve production capability.
• Improve process efficiency and cost through automation and IT initiatives, ranging from minor to major automation projects. Explore opportunities to leverage technology for process optimization.
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC knowledge.
• 3-5 years related working experience, with MNC.
• Required knowledge in Dicing, ID Saw, Laser.
• Experienced in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, NX-Siemens CAD/CAM.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in machine automation & Project Management an added advantage.
