About The Job

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery for civil infrastructure developments
• Oversee key construction stages including major earthworks, road works, site clearing, utilities, and civil infrastructure installations from setup to project completion
• Liaise closely with sub-contractors, consultants, site authorities, and key project stakeholders to ensure smooth operational alignment and compliance
• Lead ground level problem solving, monitor site progress against schedules, and enforce strict safety guidelines and quality specifications on-site

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of solid site management experience focused on civil infrastructure and heavy groundworks
• Broad technical knowledge across civil works, site execution, resource deployment, and contractor supervision
• An ambitious, practical site problem solver with strong leadership skills and independent project management capabilities
• Open to candidates who are local Sarawakians / based in Sarawak
