Job Summary
Plant Support and SDA for GT products produced in the plant.


Job Scope
. Responsible for supporting plant engineering issues / product transfer project / additional launch release /
promotion project / Sales Driven Activities / Cost reduction project / Customer complaint support.
. Supporting engineering change for current products range and improved technical solutions in design
change if required.
. Work on the continuous improvement project on parts, components and products.
. Create and maintain part lists (BOM), drawings (CAD system) and technical documentations.
. Ensure all documents are up-to-date based on any Change Request (CR) requests.
. Apply all processes according to Bosch and PT procedures.
. Mentor to Engineer I/II (when applicable).
. Enhance working efficiency and continuous improvement in ETS5.
. Support and take over special tasks on section and department level as assigned by superior.


Qualifications

. Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
. At least 5years experience in Product Development / NPI.
. Experience in design of metal/plastic components and/or part assemblies for consumer goods or household
appliances.
. Exposure to the manufacturing process of plastic and metal components, especially in injection molding.
. Proficiency in Pro-Engineer CREO, and knowledge in CAD designing tools would be an added advantage.
. Familiar with multipler BOM structure and initiatiing engineering change notice.
. Good interpersonal and communication skill (liaise with different parties both from internal and external)
. Problem solving and analytical skill.
