We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our Strategic Marketing Division.

About the Role

The Engineer Technical Support and Solutions will provide critical technical expertise and support to clients while contributing to the company's business development efforts. This role will focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions, assisting with the implementation of new business opportunities, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships and alliances in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities

Technical Research and Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor solutions to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and innovative.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training, certifications, and participation in industry seminars and workshops.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures within the technical support team.

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing timely and effective technical support.
  • Respond promptly to client technical queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Ensure that all technical documentation is properly maintained, including technical reports, project updates, and client feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports, detailing the technical aspects of ongoing projects, partnerships, and business development activities.
  • Document lessons learned from project execution to enhance the technical support processes and future solutions.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Work closely with the technical support team and engineering departments to share knowledge, insights, and technical resources.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical knowledge repositories for internal use and client training.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, providing technical insights and contributing to the broader business development strategy.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related discipline).

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas systems, equipment, and technical processes.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience in delivering technical solutions, troubleshooting, and client support.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
