We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to support the execution of offshore Oil & Gas EPCI projects. This role involves close coordination of engineering and project activities across the full project lifecycle, from FEED to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering and project execution for offshore EPCI projects
- Coordinate multi‑discipline engineering deliverables to meet project scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure engineering designs and documents comply with API, DNV, ASME, and ISO standards
- Interface with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, and fabrication yards
- Support the Project Manager in planning, progress tracking, technical reviews, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and coordination across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- 10+ years experience in offshore Oil & Gas EPCI projects
- Mandatory: Prior experience working on ADNOC projects, OR proven experience delivering Middle East offshore or onshore Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience supporting project or engineering management functions
- Exposure to offshore platforms and/or FPSO projects
- Working knowledge of Primavera, AVEVA E3D, and/or SACS
- Familiar with international standards (API, DNV, ASME, ISO)
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
