Engineering Manager, Data & Analytics India

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, Data & Analytics – India to join our team. The role will lead our India-based Data & Analytics engineering team and drive the design and development of Midera's enterprise data platform. You will work closely with global teams to deliver scalable data solutions that power AI and business intelligence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and engineering direction for the India Data & Analytics team.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, SQL, and Python.
• Build and mentor a highperforming engineering team.
• Drive data architecture, pipelines, and integration of ERP and operational systems.
• Collaborate with AI and analytics teams to enable enterprise AI initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, business intelligence or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of meaningful technical leadership or engineeringmanagement experience.
• Strong handson SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure skills.
• Experience designing enterprise data warehouses, lakehouses, or modern cloud data platforms.
• Excellent communication, English language, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
  

Nice to have

• Significant handson experience with Microsoft Fabric, Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other ERP integration.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, or enterprise AI engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
