Job Description

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree in Engineering, Electronic & Electrical or any equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in EMS field and with 3 years in management level are required for this position.
Candidate must be able to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all engineering activities or operation in the Company.
Review production process by efficient methods at economical coast and run in the lean manufacturing concept.
Develop and manage engineering department within the overall plan of the business.
Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
Manage engineering team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction of appropriate process controls.
Integrate new or modified equipment, tooling, process, procedures, SOP and safety requirements.
