Job Description
Responsibilities
. Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
. Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
. Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements
. Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
. Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals, including:
- Maintenance rates
- Terms & conditions
- Legal and customer-specific requirements
. Participate in open tenders and prepare all necessary documentation for submission.
. Review customer-issued contracts for special terms and conditions that differ from company standards.
. Act as a liaison between operations and commercial teams.
. Support digital business initiatives and transformation efforts.
. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities to align service delivery with contract terms.
. Assist Credit Control Executive in pursuing overdue payments.
. Prepare monthly reports such as:
- VFO
- Unit Losses
- Conversion Report
- P21
. Ensure compliance to Organizational Norms, policies, procedures, and requirements of the Sales process.
