Participate in telecommunications wireless or wired equipment tender projects, responsible for commercial costing and BOQ preparation for engineering services.
Review and provide cost/BOQ support to ensure project budgets are sufficient to meet delivery and implementation requirements.
Work closely with the project team to provide contract cost analysis, particularly in areas such as engineering SOW, technical specifications, installation, commissioning, transportation, RF optimization services, and other key cost factors impacting project implementation.
Report project costs to the Project Manager and complete relevant approval processes.
Ensure timely activation of purchase orders to facilitate smooth engineering service procurement processes.
Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to track order execution and payment progress.
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure engineering services are executed within contract scope.
Identify and manage commercial and cost risks during project execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Management, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Familiar with the cost structure of telecommunications engineering services, with experience in BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
Proficient in Excel, capable of data modeling, cost estimation, and report generation.
Understanding of telecommunications project execution processes, including engineering service procurement, contract management, and delivery control.
Proficient in using PowerPoint to clearly present commercial proposals and project cost structures.
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications tendering, BOQ review, or cost control.
Background in the telecommunications or information technology industry, with knowledge of wireless/wired equipment engineering service implementation models.
Experience with carrier, ISP, or enterprise transmission network project commercialization is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, with strong independent work ability and resilience under pressure.
