English Second Language Teacher

Job Title: ESL Teacher (English as a Second Language)

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Type: Probation Full-Time (3-month probation, then confirmed full-time)

Salary: RM2,300 RM3,000 per month upon confirmation

GL Academy is a premier language school in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, offering high-quality English education for both local and international students. With small class sizes (maximum 6 students) and a results-driven curriculum, we help students improve faster in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach English to young learners, teenagers, and adults.

Prepare and deliver interactive lesson plans suited to different levels.

Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.

Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.

Contribute to the academic team and overall growth of the academy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESL, TESOL, or related field (preferred).

TESOL, TESL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

At least 1 year of teaching experience in ESL/English (international school or language centre experience preferred).

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia (Citizen, PR, or valid work permit).

Contract & Benefits:

3-month probation period with performance review.

Confirmed full-time salary: RM2,300 RM3,000/month (depending on experience).

Working hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 3:30 PM (with lunch break).
