We provide personalised academic support through small classes, helping students strengthen their subject knowledge, build confidence and achieve their full potential. Our programmes include the English National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel syllabuses.

Role Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced, dedicated English as a First Language Teacher for Key Stages 2, 3 and 4 (KS2–KS4).

This is a part-time position requiring physical teaching at our TTDI centre. The successful candidate must be reliable and able to commit long-term, providing consistent support for students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, structured lessons aligned with the relevant curriculum and syllabus.

• Preparing your own lesson resources, worksheets and assessments.

• Developing students reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary and communication skills.

• Adapting lessons to different abilities and individual learning needs.

• Assessing progress and providing clear, constructive feedback.

• Preparing students for relevant assessments and examinations.

• Working with the centre's team to maintain teaching standards and support progress updates to parents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant teaching experience with a proven track record of supporting student progress.

• Strong knowledge of English as a First Language and experience teaching the relevant KS2, KS3 or KS4 curriculum.

• Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE and/or Edexcel English syllabuses, particularly for KS4 applicants.

• A degree or teaching qualification in English, Education or a related field.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong classroom communication skills.

• Ability to prepare your own high-quality lesson resources and manage small classes with different ability levels.

• A professional, dependable approach and willingness to commit long-term.

• Availability to teach physical lessons at our centre in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur.
