Job Description: Enterprise Account Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with large enterprise customers. This role focuses on managing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored IT solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure.
The ideal candidate comes from a background in IT solution sales, such as system integration (SI), distribution, or enterprise technology providers, with a proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and close complex deals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers, building long-term trusted relationships.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Provide consultative solution recommendations aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity and enterprise IT market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology solutions.
- Strong exposure to selling through or working with System Integrators, Distributors, or IT Product Providers.
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Preferred Background
- Experience in cybersecurity solutions (e.g., endpoint, network security, IAM, SOC services).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Candidates with strong networks in enterprise IT ecosystems will be at an advantage.
