Position: Technical Project Manager / Development Lead

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis and project management.
• Proven experience managing software development teams.
• Hands-on technical development experience and familiarity with development methodologies.
• Ability to document business processes, software design specifications, and use cases.
• Experience working with vendors, users, and third-party stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, scope management, and coordination skills.
• Experience in solution design, consulting, and research analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project.
