Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including corporations, developers, and government agencies.
  • Drive sales growth through solutions and cross selling of Samsung products and Samsung SmartThings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to present project proposals and updates.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and client requirements to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting enterprise clients.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and project deliverables.
  • Structure complex sales deals, including build-to-suit agreements, joint ventures, or turnkey projects.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Present financial models, ROI projections, and feasibility studies to clients.
  • Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely collection of dues.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including design, construction, and legal departments, to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
  • Liaise with external consultants, architects, and contractors to address client needs.
  • Ensure seamless handover of completed projects to clients or property managers.
  • Track sales performance and report key metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline progress, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed post-project evaluations to refine future sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, such as sustainability practices, smart buildings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to establish the organization as a market leader.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years working experience with a sales, marketing or operation environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Able to work with channel partners and perform in a fast-pace environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team-driven organization growth.
  • Building a strong partnership and collaborative working relationships with key accounts.
  • Have good business acumen and great knowledge of the market situation.
