At Paper.id, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Business Development professional to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the enterprise market. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales leader to leverage their expertise and build a long-term relationship with our users.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of sales pipeline management, complex B2B sales, and the ability to navigate senior stakeholder relationships within large client organizations.
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, and any related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Sales, Software Development, Financial Services, or the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and complex B2B sales.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within large client organizations.
- Good presentation skills, including the ability to present to top decision makers or senior management.
- Good negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Able to make proposals and quotations for penetrating the enterprise market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.
- Be responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close.
- Propose solutions that align to prospects and/or clients needs, goals, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough KYC and provide a proper solution by integrating our platform into the enterprise.
- Build a productive long-term relationship with our users and provide ongoing support and value.
- Leverage sales pipeline management expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Navigate complex B2B sales processes and negotiate deals with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the enterprise market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
