As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Cloud Architect to join our team. You will shape how HFM builds on AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on AWS accounts, landing zones, identity and environment boundaries.
• Propose cloud patterns and help translate them into infrastructure as code.
• Advise on AWS security, resilience, recovery and network design.
• Conduct AWS Well-Architected reviews for projects.
• Estimate operating costs at the design stage.
• Build reference implementations and proofs of concept, validating ideas through measured results.
• Provide formal architecture input to every project within your area, from discovery to go-live.
• Coach engineers and share patterns that teams can apply independently.

Must have:

• Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
• 10+ years of cloud engineering experience, with deep hands-on AWS expertise.
• Experience with AWS Organizations, landing zones, IAM and SCPs.
• Knowledge of AWS networking, including VPC, Transit Gateway and Direct Connect.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the direction of systems through evidence rather than authority.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Experience managing AWS costs and security in a regulated business.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification, or equivalent.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
