Role Description

The Enterprise Growth & Partnerships Manager (B2B / GovTech / IAM) will be responsible for driving partnerships, building strategic relationships, and expanding the enterprise and government technology client base. Key tasks include managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, fostering innovative collaborations, and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur, requiring direct engagement with stakeholders and potential partners to drive impactful growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to track performance, analyze data, and facilitate strategic decision-making
• Proven expertise in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to drive growth through collaboration
• Experience in Account Management and managing client relationships effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present ideas clearly
• Proficiency in strategic thinking and business development, particularly in B2B, GovTech, or IAM sectors
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise software and government technology solutions would be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
