Enterprise Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Operations Coordinator with 25 years of experience in telecom, IT, or enterprise hardware environments. This role supports field execution and vendor coordination for enterprise deployments, including IoT and WiFi infrastructure. You'll be the connective tissue between field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholdersensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Field Coordination:

• Schedule and track field activities including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Liaise with technicians and service partners to ensure timely execution
• Maintain documentation of site visits, service logs, and deployment status

Vendor & Equipment Management:

• Coordinate with vendors on equipment delivery, configuration, and readiness
• Manage RMA processes: initiate claims, track replacements, and ensure closure
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate supply chain delays

Operational Support:

• Assist in preparing reports on field performance, equipment health, and SLA metrics
• Support the Enterprise Operations Lead in project tracking and client updates
• Escalate technical or logistical issues with clarity and urgency

Requirements

25 years of experience in telecom operations, IT field support, or hardware logistics (prefer enterprise hardware)

Experience handling RMA workflows and vendor communications

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Comfortable using Excel, ticketing systems, and basic reporting tools

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

Bonus Skills

Exposure to enterprise WiFi or IoT deployments

Experience with SLA tracking or service delivery metrics

Ability to interpret technical documentation and escalate issues effectively
