Your new role
As the Director of Enterprise Sales - APAC, you will lead the direct sales strategy across the region, focusing on acquiring and expanding relationships with large, strategic enterprise customers. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you will:
- Drive direct enterprise sales growth and deliver on ambitious revenue, margin, and market expansion targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a nonperforming enterprise sales team, including account executives and solution specialists.
- Own the full sales cycle for major enterprise deals-from prospecting to closing large‑scale, complex technology solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with pre‑sales, consulting, marketing, product, and HQ teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Engage directly with C‑suite decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted advisor in the retail technology landscape.
- Develop and execute APAC go‑to‑market plans in alignment with both regional and global strategy.
- Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and executive-level engagements across the region.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Proven enterprise sales leadership experience within software, ERP, Microsoft ecosystem, or retail technology sectors.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Deep commercial understanding of APAC markets, ideally with an existing network in retail or hospitality technology.
- Expertise in consultative and value‑based selling to senior and C‑level stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into tangible business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
- A Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages are an advantage.
