RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs to customers and prospects
  • Lead proof-of-value (POV) engagements, including installation, configuration, and customization of solutions
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, building credibility and influencing customer decision-making
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to align on customer requirements and drive successful outcomes
  • Support the sales cycle with technical expertise, including competitive positioning and solution design
  • Provide enablement and informal training to internal teams on product capabilities and messaging
  • Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployments

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity domains such as endpoint or network security (e.g., EDR, SIEM, incident response, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
  • Solid understanding of modern security concepts including cloud security, identity protection, zero trust, and XDR/MDR
  • Proficiency across operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in customer-facing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Sales engineering experience or significant relevant industry experience (typically 10+ years)
  • Willingness to travel as required

Nice to have:

  • Experience in threat intelligence, malware analysis, or sandboxing
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Exposure to virtualization or VDI environments
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS)
