Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand our presence in the IT services and engineering consultancy sector. Your key responsibilities include developing sales plans for your respective region, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

This role is open in Kuala, Lumpur, Malaysia. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development, join us in shaping the future of digital transformation. Your contribution: Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve targets.
  • Target Key Accounts: Identify and prioritize key industry accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities with marketing support. Business Development:
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand Client Needs: Identify and understand prospect and client needs and business pain points.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients to highlight the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Selling Process and Sales Performance:
  • Work closely with PreSales to Develop and/or expand relationships with new customers
  • Articulate Value Proposition: Accurately communicate the value of our digital transformation solutions.
  • Evaluate Leads: Assess potential leads through research, understanding their needs, and evaluating their budget and decision-making authority.
  • Customize Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals for prospects or clients.
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and activities to support sales.
  • Track Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals, providing regular reports to management.

Bring along:

  • Minimum of 10 years in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Hunter with strong network in the built environment in Malaysia (in APAC would be a plus)
  • Proven track record in selling mid-large-scale projects/products in the built environment through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business with contract value of at least S$1 million
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development within the IT consultancy such as Application Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI and Managed Services are must have knowledge, preferably in a senior role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A well-established network of contacts in the software development/software consultancy industry, including potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in enterprise services or consulting sales role, and a good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers with varying skill sets.
  • Excellent ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
  • Strong skills in networking and establishing lasting relationships.
  • Proficient in negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence conversations effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage resources and time efficiently.
  • Ability to stay current on new technologies and trends in the outsourcing, nearshoring, and consultancy industries.
  • Autonomy and ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle from demand origination to deal closing (contract signing).
  • A result-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
