Professional Services Project Manager – APJ

We are looking for a Professional Services Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to the Director, Professional Services – APJ. In this role, you will lead Infoblox Professional Services engagements across APJ region, partnering closely with customers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing, fast-growing organization known for technical excellence and innovation. You are the ideal candidate if you are highly organized, customer-focused, and bring a strong interest in networking and security.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver multiple complex implementation projects from initiation through closure
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scope, and change management to ensure on-time and profitable outcomes
  • Actively manage project scope, schedules, risks, and issues to support smooth and predictable delivery
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact, providing clear, timely, and accurate communications with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports for customers and Professional Services leadership
  • Maintain accurate project data through internal project management systems and tools, including tracking and managing project-related revenue
  • Evaluate delivery quality and efficiency, proactively capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools

Be Prepared - What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects using established project management methodologies, preferably within product-led or software service organizations
  • Proven customer and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer business objectives and operate in a consultative advisory role
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity, working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Ability to prepare and present clear, comprehensive project communications, including status updates, risks, issues, dependencies, delays, and defects, to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrate capability to drive customers and internal teams through risks, challenges, and delivery issues with minimal escalation
  • Self-directed and accountable, able to manage priorities and execution independently
  • PMP certification required; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus
  • Experience in networking and security is a strong advantage
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Be Successful - Your Path

First 90 Days: Build a strong foundation by onboarding to Infoblox Professional Services delivery practices, tools, and methodologies, and developing product knowledge through training and active engagements. Establish trusted working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, support or lead assigned implementation projects, and demonstrate consistent, disciplined project execution.

Six Months: Work closely with Infoblox customers to lead solution implementation projects and ensure successful realization of value from Infoblox products. Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training, while delivering against key metrics including project profitability, time to value, and customer satisfaction.

One Year: Continue partnering closely with Infoblox customers to lead solution implementation projects and drive realization of value from Infoblox products. Maintain deep product knowledge while delivering against key metrics for project profitability, time to value, and customer satisfaction, and actively grow services pipeline and revenue within existing and past engagements.
