Responsibilities: We are seeking a strategic and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead highvalue sales initiatives for our HRMS solution portfolio. You will engage enterpriselevel clients, understand their operational challenges, and position our HRMS, payroll, attendance, and ERP modules as the right-fit solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, and Talent solutions
Lead and mentor the sales team to build a strong pipeline across midmarket and enterprise segments
Build longterm relationships with HR Directors, CFOs, CIOs, and key decision-makers
Identify new market opportunities within HR digitalization and modernization
Oversee proposal development, solution scoping, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and client satisfaction
Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

Other Location:Years of Experience: 4 Age Range of Candidate: - Monthly Salary: - Requirements: 4–7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in HRMS, SaaS, or enterprise software
Strong track record in managing highvalue accounts and closing complex solution deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand HR and operational workflows (Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Finance, GL, Performance, Training, etc.)
Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution capabilities
Willingness to travel for client engagements
