Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Development & Management

  • Acquire and develop enterprise-level clients from scratch, including:
  • Multi-outlet restaurant chains
  • Established F&B groups
  • Large food court operators
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term account growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Develop and execute annual account plans covering revenue targets, solution roadmap, and expansion opportunities

Complex & Consultative Sales

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving:
  • Multi-location rollouts
  • System integrations
  • Custom development
  • Long-term service and support agreements
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (pre-sales, product, legal, implementation) to deliver tailored enterprise proposals
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract closure
  • Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities based on client needs and industry trends

Customer Success & Retention

  • Work closely with Project Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure:
  • Smooth implementation
  • Expected business outcomes are achieved
  • Conduct regular account reviews and customer health checks
  • Address risks early to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates
  • Convert successful enterprise accounts into benchmark case studies for marketing and industry reference

Requirements

  • Minimum 610 years experience in B2B enterprise software or solution sales
  • At least 3 years focused on key account management or complex enterprise sales
  • Proven success selling to F&B chains, retail groups, or hospitality enterprises
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales
  • Existing network of enterprise decision-makers in Malaysia's F&B or related industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin (Malay proficiency is a strong advantage)
  • Strategic, customer-centric, resilient, and results-driven
