The Role
You will be key in driving our sales success, particularly in the enterprise market. This role requires strong skills in strategic sales planning and execution, along with a consultative sales approach.
We're looking for someone with a passion for learning new technologies, as well as a proven track record of growing businesses through SaaS or tech solutions across BFSI.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to opportunity progression, negotiation, and closing deals with banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) clients.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting key BFSI clients, including conducting product demos, sales presentations, and participating in industry networking events.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers within banking and financial institutions, understanding their business needs to offer tailored SaaS/software solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are met with innovative, customized strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making, adapt to trends, and optimize sales efforts within the BFSI sector.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by acquiring new enterprise clients and growing key accounts in the BFSI space.
Candidate requirements
- Enterprise Hunter Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically hunting and closing deals with BFSI or financial services industry (FSI) customers.
- SaaS/Software Sales Expertise: Proven success selling SaaS, software, or consulting solutions to large enterprise clients in banking or financial services.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the BFSI sector's unique challenges and regulatory environment, with the ability to navigate complex buying processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage internal stakeholders (local and regional teams) and external clients, including C-suite decision-makers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in an additional language is an advantage.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets, with a data-driven approach to sales performance and strategic decision-making.
