Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and closing high-value SaaS deals. This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while engaging senior decision-makers across target industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients
  • Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, pitching, negotiation, closing
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and sales forecasts
  • Partner internal teams for smooth post-sale onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 35 years of Enterprise / B2B sales experience (SaaS or HR Tech preferred)
  • Proven hunter mindset with strong new client acquisition track record
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures
  • Confident in cold outreach, prospecting, and objection handling
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly driven, resilient, and results-oriented
